Dr Steinberg is Oxford’s first PhD on the regulated cannabis market.

She innovated an ethnographic methodology to trace law reform and commercialization, on the ground, in 11 countries.

Her work is both published and cited.

A cross-border consultancy adept at navigating uncertainty and seizing commercial opportunity in high-growth, emerging markets through bespoke advice and strategic solutions.

Founded in 2018.

Dr Steinberg’s advocacy dates back to 2008, when she founded 501(c)3 charity, Giveable Giggles.

She also focuses on female empowerment through entOURage Network, which she co-founded in 2018 and has catered to over 2,000 members in its community.
